Cooking Instructions
Defrost in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Skillet
Preheat a skillet over medium heat, then place the beef intestines on it and cook for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Once one side is golden brown, flip and cook over low heat for additional 5 minutes, ensuring the product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC). Frying the beef intestines in the oil that accumulates in the pan adds extra flavor. Once fully cooked, slice it for serving.
Air Fryer
Preheat to 180ºC (356ºF), then spread the beef intestine evenly without overlapping. Cook until golden brown, approximately 5 to 10 minutes on each side, ensuring the product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC). Once fully cooked, cut into small pieces.
DO NOT REFREEZE once thawed. Recommended for immediate cooking.
