Return and Exchange Policy
At KOBON, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. Before placing an order, please review our return and exchange policy for all our items below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or expired.
- The item received is incorrect.
Please Note: Items must remain unopened, in their original packaging, and stored according to the recommended temperature.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@kobon.ca. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Approval Process: Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the next steps in the process.

Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Important Notes
- Ensure someone is available to receive and properly store the order at the time of delivery.
- All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order delivery to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
